Field Sales Executive — Agri Inputs

Sales & Business Development  ·  Pune / Nashik / Aurangabad  ·  Full-Time

Role Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Sylvarise Innovation in your assigned territory — building relationships with dealers, distributors, and progressive farmers, driving product adoption, and delivering the Sylvarise brand promise on the ground.

Key Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in agri-input field sales or related agri-business role
  • Strong knowledge of crops, crop protection, and crop nutrition in your territory
  • Established network of agri dealers and distributors is an advantage
  • Ability to conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, and field days
  • Fluency in Marathi / Hindi — local language proficiency essential
  • Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or a related field preferred

Agronomy & Technical  ·  Pune / Pan-India  ·  Full-Time

Role Overview

As our Agronomist and Technical Sales Manager, you will be the scientific backbone of our dealer and farmer support network. You will design crop nutrition programs, conduct field trials, train dealer teams, and act as the technical authority for Sylvarise products in your region.

Key Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in agronomy, crop advisory, or technical sales in agri-inputs
  • Strong practical knowledge of crop nutrition, plant health, and soil science
  • Experience conducting field trials and interpreting agronomic data
  • Ability to train dealer teams and farmers on product application and benefits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Agriculture with relevant field experience
  • Experience with drip irrigation systems and fertigation practices is a strong advantage
